Peng will cover equipment and tools, ingredients and seasonings (and how and where to shop for them!), the history of Chinese food, balancing flavors and textures and colors,the art of cutting, cooking techniques, how to make the perfect rice every time,and other secret tips to authentic Chinese food!

Come prepared to learn! All you'll need is a pencil to take some notes and an apron if you have one. In no time you will be cooking healthy and delicious meals at a fraction of the cost.
