From an early age, she learned many of the secrets of this multi-faceted cuisine, and she will share a few of those secrets in this class: see the Class Menu to the right!
Malaysian food is not one particular distinction of food, but rather it is a culinary diversity originating from its multi-ethnic population of Malay, indian, Eurasian, Chinese, Nyonya (Chinese & Malay mixed), and the indigenous peoples of Borneo.
Come prepared to learn! All you'll need is a pencil to take some notes and an apron if you have one.
