Would you like to eat healthy and save money?  Learn to cook Chinese food!  This class will teach all you need to know to make great stir-fry's, soups, and noodles.  Peng will cover the history of Chinese food, sauces & ingredients (and how and where to shop for them!), the art of cutting and other secret tips to perfect Chinese food!

Come prepared to learn!  All you'll need is a pencil to take some notes and an apron if you have one.  In no time you will be cooking healthy and delicious meals at a fraction of the cost.
