Asian Cookery provides classes in all areas of Asian cooking: from Chinese to Thai, to Indian and Malaysian. Classes are small and 'hands-on' so that everyone can practically learn how to prepare delicious Asian dishes...and generally, Asian food is inexpensive and healthy!

Classes are taught in our home so you can learn to cook Asian food in the same environment you cook in now! Classes are a combination of demonstration and practical hands-on teaching, with class prices ranging from $55-$65 per person. Classes are limited to 8-12 people so register early. Intro to Chinese Cooking - April 1st, 6p-9p
Would you like to eat healthy and save money? Learn to cook Chinese food! This class will teach all you need to know to make great stir-fry's, soups, and noodles. In no time you will be cooking healthy and delicious meals at a fraction of the cost!
Dim Sum - March 23rd, 6p-8p
The translation of "dim sum" is "to touch the heart". Dim Sum includes steamed and fried dumplings, soft dough buns ('bao'), glutinous rice cakes, and all kinds of steamed, roasted or fried meats and seafoods.
